Hey!

I’m Isabel Melgarejo and I was raised to never talk about the uncomfortable things in life and to put myself after everyone else’s needs (just like any other woman I know). In college, after dad’s passing I had to change all my beliefs. I had to talk about death, about my mom’s future, and I had to ask for a LOT of favors.

Ever since I landed in Texas and reminisced about one of my toughest life seasons, I've been on a mission to support family caregivers in navigating that era in their lives, because I don't anybody else going through the same ordeals that I had to. Drawing from my engineering and project management background, I crafted a program to guide caregivers through these challenging journeys with their loved ones.

I'm all about finding the right balance in life and bringing families together while navigating tough times.

When I'm not busy planning senior care strategies, you'll find me jet-setting across the globe, ready to taste-test anything new and exciting. Life's too short not to savor every moment, right?
